OUR PLAYBOOK
MDR Sports Management is a pro athlete representation firm focused on working with Hispanic athletes. Founded by Melvin Román and comprised by a team of dedicated Latinos proud of our their roots and cultural heritage, the firm strives to help athletes achieve their greatest professional and personal success, exalting the accomplishments of the Hispanic people.
Over the past 25 years MDR Sports Management has represented over 800 athletes and negotiated over $1B in countless multi-million-dollar contracts, transforming the professional and personal lives of sportsmen such as former St. Louis Cardinals catcher Yadier Molina former Atlanta Braves pitcher Jaime García, Atlanta Braves outfielder Marcell Ozuna, Baltimore Orioles catcher Gary Sánchez, Minnesota Twins catcher Christian Vázquez and Milwaukee Brewers pitcher José Quintana.
